Store Policy

No Returns.

 

Exchange with receipt only.

 

Boutique Items - Customers may exchange boutique items purchased in-store within 7 days of the original purchase. Items will be returned for in-store credit or even exchange ONLY. All sales are FINAL on sale or discounted items. 

 

Items will ONLY be exchanged in original condition (not worn or used) must include all original tags boxes and/or packaging for a full exchange & accompanied by original receipt.

 

Purchases without a receipt may be returned for store credit at Managers discretion.

 

Defective merchandise - We are happy to Exchange for same item or issue a merchandise credit on defective merchandise within 7 days of purchase with original receipt and with store managers approval. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on merchandise damaged by the customer.

 

Sale & clearance merchandise is final sale.  No returns or exchanges.

 

Holiday themed items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Personalized and customized merchandise is final sale.  No returns or exchanges.

 

Gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 

A Manager approved return without a receipt is eligible only for a merchandise credit for the current selling price.

 

We accept cash and visa and master card & American Express. NO CHECKS.

 

In-stock items are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. These items must say "in stock" in the item's description. Various processing times are available within item descriptions if they differentiate from our standard processing times, which are 24-36 hours. All orders are subject to payment approval.
